We have invested in advanced, fully automated machinery and modern testing systems to ensure every battery meets strict performance and reliability standards. We operate fully automatic grid casting machines from BETTER (China), ensuring uniform grid structure, optimal alloy distribution, and high mechanical strength. Our production line is further supported by fully automatic pasting machines from BETTER (China), delivering precise paste application for improved plate performance and longer battery life.
For raw material integrity, we utilize spectrometer-based lead testing instruments from AMETEK (USA), enabling accurate chemical composition analysis and strict control over lead purity and alloy formulation. This ensures consistent electrochemical performance across all batches. Plate curing and drying are carried out in computer controlled Hygro curing and drying chambers, where temperature and humidity are precisely regulated to achieve optimal plate formation, adhesion, and durability.
Our facility is equipped with an advanced, fully integrated battery assembly line, supported by computer controlled ADOR Digatron battery rectifiers with an active water-cooling system. This setup ensures stable charging conditions, controlled battery temperature during formation, and enhanced battery life and reliability. Quality is embedded at every stage of production. Each battery undergoes 50+ quality checks, covering raw material inspection, in-process control, electrical and mechanical testing, and final performance validation before dispatch. This end-to-end quality assurance system ensures that only fully tested and verified products reach our customers. Through continuous investment in modern machinery, process optimization, and skilled manpower, our infrastructure enables us to manufacture batteries that meet national and international standards, delivering dependable power solutions for diverse applications.
